Anti-Inflammatory Cleanse

This 6-week series is designed to guide you through a 21-day anti-inflammatory cleanse to help cool down inflammation, improve digestion, stabilize mood, increase energy, and restore balance in the body. Weekly meetings will be held on Mondays at Michelle Babb's office at 5410 California Ave SW, Suite 102 from 7 - 8:30 p.m. 1/9/17 - 2/13/17. Michelle will provide guidance, share recipes, give cooking and food prep tips, and answer questions that arise during the cleanse.
