Balancing the Body's BioRhythms


Tired of feeling like you're at war with your body? Learn to honor your natural bio-rhythms and tap into your innate body wisdom. In this 8-week series led by a functional medicine doctor, nutritionist, and physical therapist, you will:


  • - Create a mindset of wellness
  • - Understand the influence of circadian rhythm
  • - Eat with mindfulness and intention
  • - Uncover keys to healthy hormone balance
  • - Discover the joy of functional movement


Meetings will be held every Thursday evening from 7 - 8:30 p.m. at Life In Balance West Seattle starting October 5, 2017.
