This rich and creamy pudding qualifies as a raw food, and it's hard to believe that it's dairy free and made from avocados! You can feel good about feeding this dessert to the whole family!
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 3-4 tablespoons concentrated fruit sweetener, maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Scoop avocado into food processor or blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust amounts of cocoa and sweetener according to personal taste.
Makes 2-3 servings
